1. General Terms of Use (Applies to All Users)
By downloading, accessing, or using the Talent Source Platform Limited website or mobile application (collectively the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1.1 Intellectual Property
All Platform content including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by Talent Source Platform Limited or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
1.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in conduct that: violates any law or regulation; infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduces malicious code; or interferes with or harms other users.
1.3 User-Generated Content (UGC) & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Talent Source Platform allows users to post, upload, or share content such as job listings, profiles, messages, and comments. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Users must not post, share, or transmit any content that is: unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive; spam, misleading, or fraudulent; or intended to bully, intimidate, or harm others. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination within 24 hours of detection or report.
1.4 Content Moderation and Reporting
Talent Source automatically filters objectionable terms and imagery and manually reviews flagged content. Users can report content or behaviour they believe violates these Terms using in-app or website “Report” options or by emailing info@talentsourceplatform.com. Users may block or mute other users through the Platform interface. Reported content is reviewed promptly and, where necessary, removed within 24 hours. Repeat or serious offenders will be permanently banned.
1.5 Termination and Enforcement
Talent Source Platform Limited reserves the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently delete user accounts that breach these Terms or any applicable law, without notice or refund.
1.6 Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updates constitutes acceptance.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all Platform content is error-free. Talent Source Platform Limited is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
1.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
1.9 Minimum Age Requirement
By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are found to have misrepresented your age, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from false information provided during registration.
Appendix A: Employer Terms of Use
Employers agree to comply with the Acceptable-Use and Zero-Tolerance clauses in Section 1.3 and 1.4 above. All other provisions (registration, payments, advertising rules, GDPR, termination) remain as in your current version.
A.1 Account Registration
Employers must register and provide accurate business information. Talent Source Platform Limited reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts.
A.2 Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds
Talent Source operates a monthly subscription model for employer access. Employers may choose between:
· A discounted monthly rate with a 24-month minimum commitment,
or
· A standard monthly rate with no long-term contract, which can be cancelled at any time. In this case, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not be renewed for the following month.
All fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
A.3 Job Advertising Rules
Employers agree:
· To post non-discriminatory, accurate job ads.
· Not to post content that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
· To include salary, location, and job type when required.
· Not to include contact details in the job title or description if prohibited.
A.4 CV Database Access and GDPR
Where employers access candidate CVs, they are considered joint data controllers with Talent Source Platform Limited. Employers must:
· Use CVs only for legitimate hiring.
· Not retain candidate data longer than 18 months unless consented.
·         Comply with all data protection obligations under GDPR.
A.5 Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice for breach of these terms. Cancellation of monthly subscriptions must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Appendix B: Candidate Terms of Use
Candidates must comply with the same Acceptable-Use and Zero-Tolerance clauses in Section 1.3 and 1.4. All other candidate provisions remain unchanged.
B.1 Account Creation
Candidates must register an account to apply for roles or submit CVs. Information must be accurate and kept up to date.
B.2 Use of CV and Personal Data
By submitting your CV, you consent to:
· The storage, processing, and sharing of your data with potential employers.
· Limited retention of your CV (max 18 months unless you renew or update).
B.3 No Guarantee of Employment
Talent Source Platform Limited does not guarantee job placement or interview invitations.
B.4 Acceptable Use
You must not:
· Impersonate another person.
· Submit false or misleading information.
· Contact employers inappropriately.
B.5 Termination
We reserve the right to remove or suspend accounts in breach of these terms.
Appendix C: Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Talent Source Platform Limited is committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR.
C.1 Data We Collect
· Candidates: name, contact info, CV, job preferences
· Employers: company data, payment details, job posting history
C.2 How We Use Your Data
· To enable applications and job listings
· To improve our services and communication
· To provide customer support
C.3 Data Sharing
We share your data:
· With consented parties (employers or service providers)
· As required by law
C.4 Retention Policy
· Candidate data is retained for 18 months after last activity unless you update your profile or request deletion.
· Employer data retained for contract and compliance periods.
C.5 Your Rights
· Access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability
· Withdraw consent at any time
·         Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission
Appendix D: Cookies Policy
We use cookies for:
· Storing user preferences
· Analytics and performance improvements
· Enhancing user experience
