12. Child Safety & CSAM Standards

Talent Source Platform Ltd (“Talent Source Platform”, “we”, “our”) strictly prohibits the creation, distribution, solicitation, or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform or services, including our mobile app.

  • We do not knowingly allow any content, communication, or user activity that sexualises, endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors.

  • Talent Source is intended only for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be removed.

  • Users can report any suspected CSAM/CSAE, unsafe behaviour, or violations via the in-app report option or by emailing info@talentsourceplatform.com

  • Reports are reviewed urgently. We may request supporting information such as screenshots or links.

  • If CSAM/CSAE is detected or reported, we will immediately remove the content, suspend or permanently terminate associated accounts, preserve relevant data and evidence, and notify and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child protection organisations.

We comply with all applicable child protection laws and will provide relevant data to authorities when legally required. This includes working with agencies combatting CSAM/CSAE.
